Week 24 (just a little late!)

24 Weeks

How far along? 24 weeks 1 day (when the picture was taken, I just didn’t sit down to post until now)

Total weight gain: 19 pounds

Maternity clothes? I wore my first maternity dress and shirt last week, so yes, the time has come. 

Sleep: Still waking up various times throughout the night

Best moment this week:  A district math coach, who I have met before, but don’t really know, asked me when I was due  Exciting because maybe I do look pregnant and not just fat?!?

Miss Anything?  Being able to eat and drink (water) as I please, without having acid reflux ALL THE TIME.

Movement: Lots of kicks, turns, and jabs 

Food cravings:  No strong cravings

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope

Wedding rings on or off?  Off, I need to find a replacement.  My fingers are very swollen.  My feet are now swollen too after working in my classroom for the past few days.

Happy or Moody most of the time: I guess happy?                 

Looking forward to:  Well I can’t say I’m really excited to be back at work, just because I’ve been so tired, but I am looking forward to my new position as an Early Intervention Program teacher, and not having to do all the classroom teacher stuff!

I think Porter might be getting a little jealous, or maybe he wants everyone to know he was our first child!
